Other Important Information

Attendee substitutions - In the event that the registered attendee(s) is not able to come to the conference, substitute(s) can be sent in the registered person's place. If it is known by October 9 that a substitute will be sent, please notify Anne Keller (573-368-2192 or anne.keller@dnr.mo.gov) so that the appropriate name badge can be generated for the substitute attendee(s).

Registration Refunds - In the event that the originally registered attendee is unable to attend the conference and a substitute cannot be found to attend the conference, you should notify Anne Keller (573-368-2192) by the close of business on October 1 if you want a refund for the conference registration. After this date, a final head count will be given to the caterer and all those registered will be expected to attend. Consequently, any requests for refunds after October 1 will not be considered.

PDH/CEU Credit - Professional Development Hours (PDH) Request Forms will be available for all oral presentation sessions at the conference. Attendees interested in obtaining PDH for their attendance at each presentation or presentation sessions can fill out the PDH request forms and obtain the signature of the session moderator verifying their attendance at the presentation/session. Each attendee will be responsible for submitting these forms to their individual home state licensing board in order to obtain PDH/CEU credit for this conference.
