TO HOLD PUBLIC MEETING IN LEE'S SUMMIT

JEFFERSON CITY, MO, NOV. 1, 2005 -- The Missouri Small Business Compliance Advisory Committee (SBCAC) will hold a public meeting at 10 a.m. on Thursday, Nov. 10, at the Kansas City Regional Office, 500 NE Colbern Road, Lee's Summit.

Agenda items include a discussion of stream bank stabilization in Missouri, an update of the Open Burning Workgroup, a time for public comment and correspondence, an update of legislation, regulations and activities, a regional office update of environmental issues affecting businesses, and a discussion of the working relationship between SBCAC and the department's ombudsmen.
