JEFFERSON CITY, MO, DEC. 5, 2005 -- The State Inter-Agency Council for Outdoor Recreation (SIACOR) will meet on Thursday, Dec. 15, to review fiscal year 2006 applications for the federal Land and Water Conservation Fund grants. The meeting will be held from 10 a.m. to noon at the Missouri Department of Natural Resources' building at 1659 E. Elm St. in Jefferson City.
